Support Opportunities
The conversion pool gives affected companies the opportunity to apply for funding for a wide range of activities that can strengthen the adaptation of their business.
Examples of activities companies can get support for
Adjustment and adaptation of business models
Adaptation or conversion of business model, eg to new / changed markets, customers, products, green conversion / sustainability and digitalisation.
Collaborates across companies and value chains.
Competence development
Competence development in relation to Covid-19 handling, including eg certifications.
Competence development in relation to conversion / adaptation, eg training in new digital tools.
Purchase of equipment
Physical conversion / materials.
New digital or sustainable solutions, e.g. for crowd management, digital meetings / conferences.

The Size of Grant
Companies can apply for a grant amount of up to DKK 1.5 million per company, depending on e.g. the size and needs of the company. There is a requirement for cash co-financing of a minimum of 25% of the grant amount.
Several companies can apply together, however, with a total maximum amount applied for of DKK 5 million. kroner. However, each company must submit an application for its share of the overall project.
Rules for Grants

The support from the conversion pool for companies is provided as a cash grant. Support of up to 75 per cent can be granted. of the expense.

The company must hold 25% of the expense in cash.

A written contract is drawn up with the participating companies stating the amount of aid and the costs and activities for which the aid is granted.

Advance payments of up to 50 per cent can be granted to companies of the approved grant amount.

The subsidy is granted in accordance with the de minimis regulation (the rules on state aid to companies). If an applicant has already received de minimis support, it is not a given that up to DKK 1.5 million can be applied for. kroner.
