If an inquiry is about your order, you will need to log into your SBL account and raise your inquiry directly with the Seller.
Kindly inform the seller of the statement that best describes your reason for raising an inquiry and write your message to the Seller. Please allow the Seller up to 48 hours (2 business days) to respond to your inquiry.
If you are not satisfied with the assistance you receive from the Seller or do not receive a reply within 48 hours (2 business days) you can escalate your inquiry to SBL by sending an email to [email protected] and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Kindly do allow additional time for the Seller to reply during vacation and holiday period.
If you have not received an order confirmation email, it is most likely that you have inputted your email address incorrectly. Or it may have gone into your junk or spam folder. If you’re using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
If you have checked this and have still not received the order acknowledgement email, please contact SBL customer care and we will send you a copy.
To prevent these emails from going into your junk folder, you could add [email protected] to your address book or safe list.
