What is MCT?
‘MCT’ stands for ‘medium-chain triglycerides.’ MCTs contain fatty acids that naturally occur in coconut oil, goat milk and breast milk. We strongly recommend that you start with one teaspoon of MCT Oil Powder daily and build your way up to 2 tablespoons per day over a couple of weeks.
