All you have to do is sit back and relax, trust the process and let yourself be guided by my voice.
I recommend that you start with the program “Decompress your body” wherein you will learn to untense and relax your body. I suggest that you listen to the program daily for about 1-2 weeks or until you begin to experience that it is easy to regain the relaxed and decompressed state – both while listening to the program and in your everyday life in general.
Then, you are ready to continue with the second part of the program “Relax your mind”. In this program you will learn to relax mentally and to quiet the mind. I also recommend that you listen to this program for about 1-2 weeks or until you experience that your thoughts are calming down – both while listening to the program and in your everyday life in general.
Already after a few days of training, you will start to register the first changes in your daily life.
When you have trained the basic programs, you are ready to continue with the other Mental Training programs at the YOURWAY Shop, each addressing specific issues and needs.
The Starter Kit includes:
- The Basic Program I: “Decompress your body” (2 audio files with and without background music – soft spoken female voice). Length of program: Approx. 30 min.
- The Basic Program II: “Relax your mind” (2 audio files with and without background music – soft spoken female voice). Length of program: Approx. 35 min.
