Whatever your fitness goal is, One Porridge is for you. Each serving contains 265 kcal and has no added sugar. Instead, we’ve added whole grain oats and freeze dried fruit so that your breakfast will have everything you need. Just pick a flavour (or try them all!) and top with peanut butter, berries, grated apple, cinnamon, chia seeds… The options are endless, get creative with it!
Mix 70 g (approx. 7 tablespoons) of porridge into 100 ml hot water, leave to steep for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Can even be enjoyed with cold water or milk.
