APPLY FOR A STARTUP SCHOLARSHIP WITH SHOPBYLOCALS (SBL)!
We grant an annual scholarship of USD 2,000.
We want to support diligent and hardworking entrepreneurs who are starting their business. This special scholarship can be for YOU! In SBL, we greatly value the effort that these people put into making their company thrive and survive the ups and downs of the startup life.
Our Startup Scholarship seeks to improve the living conditions of our entrepreneur scholar who sleeps little, eats a little, works too much, moves a little and spends too little time with family and friends, just to build his company.
HOW YOU CAN APPLY:
- Your startup must have been existing for minimum 24 months
- Completely filled application form (LINK)
- An essay why you should receive the scholarship (max one A4 page double spaced)
- State the following in your application:
- What your startup does
- Where is your startup today
- What you want to spend the money on if you get the grant
- Attach documentation that you own the company
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Upon your submission of application, we will store your information until we have found a recipient of the grant. After one year, your data will be deleted.
- We will publish on all our social media and the press the recipient of the SBL Startup Scholarship.
- An internal committee in SBL will select the scholar.
